Initial Sign On (Including PIN Change)
Open your favorite WEB browser.
Go to
http://prodfosu.okstate.edu/
Click "Login to Faculty and Advisor Services".
Key your OSU employee ID in the "Faculty/Advisor ID" box.
Key your default PIN (MMYYYY) in the "PIN" box.
Click "Login".
Click "Click here to change your PIN" link.
Key your default PIN (MMYYYY).
Key a new six-digit PIN.
Key the new PIN again to verify it.
Click "Submit", then "Login".
Key your employee ID and new PIN.
Click "Login".
Sign On
Go to
http://prodfosu.okstate.edu/
Click "Login to Faculty and Advisor Services".
Key your OSU employee ID in the "Faculty/Advisor ID" box.
Key your personalized PIN.
Click "Login".
Review the Privacy Policy.
Click "I Agree ..." to complete login.
Exit
Click the "Exit" link in the upper right corner of the page.
Managing your PIN
PINs are not created until you request access to SIS Faculty and Advisors Self-Service. You will be notified (usually via phone) when your PIN
is created. You must change the default PIN immediately upon notification that it has been created. This is a security
measure to prevent anyone from changing your default PIN before you have been given the opportunity to personalize it.
When your department indicates that you will be teaching a course, basic information is extracted from the HRS system to
create your instructor segment in the SIS database. Because the information is extracted from HRS, you may need to assure
your correct birth date is on file in Payroll.
PIN Assignment
Your default PIN is your birthday, in MMYYYY format. If your birthday is June 1970, your default PIN is 061970. The
combination of your employee ID and your PIN permits you access to your grade rolls, teaching schedule, advisees and class
rolls. No other employee may access your grade rolls on SIS Faculty and Advisors Self-Service.
Changing Your PIN
You must change your PIN the first time you access SIS Faculty and Advisors Self-Service. You may not use your birthday (in MMYYYY format) as your PIN. Don’t forget your PIN.

Resetting Your PIN
If you are unable to access the SIS Faculty and Advisors Self-Service using your employee ID and your default or personalized PIN, you may fax a SIGNED request to reset your PIN to (405) 744-4834. Contact SIS Production/IRIM, 304 PIO or 744-6698 for assistance. The IT Help Desk is unable to help you.
